Stuffed Bell Peppers!

Ingredients:
Makes 4 servings of stuffed peppers
-4 bell peppers (2 red & 2 orange or any other color you prefer)
-rice (your choice if you want to use a packet of Spanish rice, brown rice or white rice)
-1 can black beans or white beans
-1 lbs ground turkey meat
Salad:
-spinach
-1 avocado
-pumpkin seeds
-vinaigrette dressing
Directions:
-start your rice, preheat the oven to 350°.
-cook the ground Turkey in a pan on the stove. Once it is browned, you will add the beans to the turkey, and then add the rice to the turkey as well once it’s cooked.
-mix all together with a little salt/pepper & your fav spices.
-cut the tops off of the peppers. Clean out the pepper & stuff with the bean/Turkey/ rice mixture. Top with a bit of shredded cheese & bake for 15 minutes.
-toss the greens, pumpkin seeds & the avocado all together with a dressing of your choice.
-If you want to spice the peppers up, you can add spicy salsa, or Cholula to your mixture.
