Week 1 starts with 10 min workouts and you gradually work yourself up to 40 min sessions. Each week has a theme POWER, PERSISTENCE, PASSION AND PLAY. Join me on your fitness journey.

No gym and no equipment necessary. These workouts are designed to maximize your time and build strength and stamina.
