Zoom Workouts


How it works:

Invest in yourself and get strong and fit with live zoom and on demand classes. Join the community of movement and strength to be your best self!

Receive a link to your live zoom classes with me once registered. Don’t worry if you are unable to make your scheduled class – you can do it later with access to the on demand library.

  • On demand you can choose the style of class you want and the length of time you want your workout to be
  • Body weight training & workouts with equipment. 


Here’s what a typical week looks like
all LIVE classes are at 930 am PST


1 hour full body SCULPT class using dumbbells


30 Minute BURN legs/glutes using a mini band and dumbbells


45 CHISELED Minute Arms/abs TABATA style using dumbbells


Rest & recover


1 hour full body CARDIO class, body weight only


30 Minute full body AMRAP workout using dumbbells


Rest & recover


NO experience necessary. Beginners and all levels are welcome. Modifications are always offered. I will meet you where you are.

A mat is always a good idea but a towel can work too.

Dumbbells or resistance bands

I use a mini band in some workouts just to mix it up and get your glutes firing quicker, it adds a great challenge for your legs, this is not required but is a nice way to get you stronger quicker

A chair or sturdy surface

It is ok if you are unable to make a live zoom class. All of the classes are saved in the on demand section.
Yes. If you are unable to continue your membership you can cancel anytime.

LIVE classes are always on the same days every week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Class style changes each day, you can find each weeks class schedule on the top hand corner of the Zoom Classes page once you are logged in.
